At Spoleto in Parque Shopping, the staff has to be trained, they make the dishes differently from other franchises and they claim that each franchise has its own way. I've been a Spoleto customer for years, wherever there is Spoleto I'm there, and everywhere the way is unique. If you do, or wouldn't it be a franchise, I requested a salad with pasta and they didn't heat the ingredients, in all stores the customer decides whether it is heated or not, I asked and was informed that this store doesn't have that option. Just like the gorgonzola fetuccine dish, they never have the meat, in short, very sad because it's Spoleto close to my house and it's terrible at everything.

Cashier service very slow!!! The pasta was left on the stove for too long to the point of drying out the sauce. It was not the cashier's fault, but the time-consuming process for making the payment and releasing the cashier.

I found everything perfect! Fast, friendly service and wonderful food!
